As a former dancer Belinda has a broad knowledge of all dance genres and is fluent in style and terminology.

To start a session, each class is given a unique series of movements and poses that is appropriate to
the dancers style, ages and abilities.

For some classes where technique is not so important - a sense of fun and movement is all that is needed.
